On 21 February 2022, our partner Mr. Stanley Chan conducted a webinar for one of AIA Group Limited’s districts in which he shared with its staff what general legal knowledge they are expected to know as a motor vehicle driver. In his presentation, Mr. Chan covered various topics that the audiences are concerned with, including what an ordinary driver is obliged to do after a traffic accident, any possible criminal liabilities or civil liabilities a driver may bear in a traffic accident, against whom an injured party can seek damages and claims, and what types of damages or compensations that an injured party can claim.
