Crystal Chan is the partner of Sun Lawyers LLP.
She has over 16 years of experience in legal profession and has legal profession qualifications in both mainland PRC and Hong Kong.
Crystal specializes in corporate and commercial area, advising clients on corporate and listing compliance, M&A projects (both domicile and cross-border) and other general commercial issues.
She has expanded her practices in contentious side in recent years, assisted clients in contract disputes, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructure (schemes) etc.
