On 23 July 2025, our partners Mr. Franky Fung and Ms. Artemis Szeto were invited to attend a seminar organised by City University of Hong Kong as part of the “HK Tech 300” programme. They conducted an in-depth sharing on the key legal issues in the design of shareholder agreements for start-up entrepreneurs. Attendees actively responded and engaged in discussions. City University of Hong Kong launched the large-scale innovation and entrepreneurship program “HK Tech 300,” which received a proactive response after its introduction. This programme provides diverse educational and self-improvement opportunities for CityU students while transforming the university’s research outcomes and intellectual property into practical applications. It has successfully assisted numerous CityU students, alumni and researchers in achieving their entrepreneurial dreams, becoming an important platform for promoting the development of innovation and technology in Hong Kong.
