On 9 August 2023, our Partner Mr. Stanley Chan (right), Legal Executive Mr. Kenneth Mak (left) and Trainee Solicitor Mr. Linde Cai were invited to Kornhill for a talk on the legal rights of the public in relation to the “Brilliant Education Closure Incident”.
The Brilliant Education closure incident has attracted public attention and as a result, many parents have lost money. In light of this, we would like to help them to understand their basic legal rights and consider options available.
