After six months’ significant efforts, the setting up of KSK Law Firm in Nansha, which is jointly set up by Guangdong Kingbridge Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Kingbridge”), Macau Kuong Iok Kao Advogados (hereinafter referred to as “Kuong”) and us, has been approved by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province on 31 January 2020 and the Practice License for the Partnership Association between Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland Law Firms has been issued on 17 March 2020.

In 2019, the issuance of Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has marked the enhancement of strategic role played by Greater Bay Area (hereinafter refer to as “GBA”) in the country. It is expected to become an international IT and economic centre with worldwide impact, being the further step in moving forward the implementation of the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’. Kuong Iok Kao Advogados
Kuong Iok Kao Advogados is a Macau law firm established by Ms. Kuong Iok Kao on 1 August 2007. With Ms. Eulália Souza (Portuguese) joining our firm in March 2011, Ms. Leong Choi Man and Ms. Cheng Ka Man started their traineeship in our firm and were admitted as practicing lawyers in April 2015. Our firm provides a comprehensive legal service with numeral practicing lawyers and trainee solicitors.
All of the professionals in our firm graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau. We have serviced a large number of local individuals and corporate clients, covering a wide range of service including corporate and commercial investment; real estate development and transactions, gambling industry, bank and insurance, civil, criminal and administrative litigation, taxation, labor and marriage and inheritance litigation matters.
