On 29 November 2018, we attended the “Celebrating 40th Anniversary of China’s Reform and Opening up – Seminar on Economic, Trade and Commercial Law” jointly held by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Representative Office in Hong Kong. At the seminar, Ms. Wang Wenying, Secretary-General of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Hong Kong Arbitration Centre, Mr. SO Shiu Tsung, Partner of Mayer Brown and Mr. Wong Keung Ji, General Counsel of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited delivered speeches on Mechanism of International Commercial Dispute Resolution under the Belt and Road Initiative, Enterprise Risk Management and Dispute Resolution in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Strengths and Concerns of Dispute Resolution in Hong Kong.
