Gao Ya, Angela

Angela Gao is a registered foreign lawyer (PRC) of our firm.

She once worked in the legal department of Bayer Greater China and served as a senior executive of a PRC internet company. She has rich experience in corporate compliance and other related legal service.

Being a PRC lawyer, she is also a partner at Shanghai Huiye Law Firm.

She specialized in corporate and commercial matters, including comprehensive corporate legal affairs and commercial litigations, disposal of non-performing assets, private equity investment and intellectual property rights. Her past clients include multinational corporations, large banking institutions and technology-based enterprises.
