Our Partner, Mr. Stanley Chan, gave a talk on “Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney” at the Kennedy Town Community Complex on 8 August 2017. It was organized by Lok Kwan Home Care Service, targeting persons with severe disabilities and their family members, as well as social workers.
